About the role
We are scaling our DACH engineering org and need a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring from Munich. You will partner with engineering leaders to bring in top talent across backend, ML, and platform teams.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI roles
- Build proactive sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Partner with hiring managers on scorecards and interview design
- Deliver a standout candidate experience and report on funnel metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years recruiting technical roles, in-house or agency
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and niche communities
- Fluent English and conversational German
Nice to have
- Experience hiring in the DACH market
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or Lever
