About the role
We are building the next generation of LLM-powered features for screening, summarization, and candidate insights. As a Senior LLM Research Engineer you will bridge research and production for our applied AI team.
What you'll do
- Prototype and evaluate LLM systems for retrieval-augmented generation
- Fine-tune and optimize models for accuracy, latency, and cost
- Build robust evaluation harnesses and guardrails
- Collaborate with product to ship AI features safely to users
Requirements
- 5+ years in ML engineering with hands-on LLM experience
- Strong Python and deep familiarity with transformer architectures
- Experience building RAG pipelines and evaluation frameworks
Nice to have
- Published research or open-source contributions in NLP
- Experience with model serving and inference optimization
