About the role
We are looking for a People Operations Partner to support our growing EMEA team from Paris. You will be the go-to person for employees across France and neighboring markets on all things people.
What you'll do
- Run onboarding and offboarding for EMEA new hires
- Advise managers on employee relations and performance topics
- Maintain accurate records in our HRIS and ensure compliance
- Partner with payroll and benefits providers across the region
Requirements
- 4+ years in People Operations or HR generalist roles
- Working knowledge of French labor law and EMEA employment norms
- Fluent English and French
Nice to have
- Experience supporting multiple EU countries
- Familiarity with Workday or Bamboo HR
