About the role
We are establishing a research group focused on foundation models for talent and hiring. As Lead AI Research Scientist you will define our research agenda and translate breakthroughs into product advantage.
What you'll do
- Set and drive a multi-quarter applied research roadmap
- Lead experiments in representation learning and model training
- Publish and represent Acme in the research community
- Mentor scientists and collaborate with engineering to productionize work
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in ML, NLP, or a related field
- Strong publication or applied-research track record
- Deep expertise in PyTorch and distributed training
Nice to have
- Experience training large language or multimodal models
- History of shipping research into real products
