About the role
Our Legal team is hiring a Corporate Counsel in London to lead commercial contracting for our EMEA business. You will be the primary legal partner to Sales and Procurement as we expand across the region.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements
- Advise GTM teams on deal structure and risk
- Support data privacy and GDPR compliance across products
- Improve contract templates and the legal playbook
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years commercial experience
- Deep knowledge of SaaS and data protection law
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
Nice to have
- In-house experience at a technology company
- Exposure to US contracting norms
