About the role
Join our remote-first Growth team as a Junior Data Scientist to help us understand acquisition, activation, and retention. You will support experiments and analyses that drive product growth decisions.
What you'll do
- Run and analyze A/B tests across the growth funnel
- Build clear dashboards and reports for cross-functional partners
- Investigate user behavior and surface actionable insights
- Support data quality and metric definitions
Requirements
- 1+ years in analytics or data science, or strong internship experience
- Solid SQL and Python plus foundational statistics
- Clear communication and curiosity about user behavior
Nice to have
- Experience with experimentation platforms
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
