About the role
We are hiring a Senior UX Researcher to lead discovery and evaluative studies for our enterprise products across APAC. Your insights will shape strategy and roadmaps for large customers.
What you'll do
- Plan and run qualitative and quantitative research studies
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with product and design to prioritize research questions
- Build and maintain a repository of insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX research, including B2B or enterprise
- Expertise across interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Strong storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience researching across APAC markets
- Familiarity with research-ops tooling
