About the role
Our Data Platform team builds the pipelines and infrastructure that power analytics and ML across Acme. You will design reliable, scalable data systems that the entire company depends on.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines
- Design data models and own data quality and lineage
- Improve reliability, observability, and cost of the data platform
- Partner with analysts and ML engineers on data needs
Requirements
- 5+ years in data engineering or backend with data focus
- Strong Python and SQL plus experience with Spark and Airflow
- Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake
Nice to have
- Streaming experience with Kafka or Flink
- Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD for data
