About the role
We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to own and scale our design system across web and mobile. You will set the visual and interaction standards that every product team relies on.
What you'll do
- Define and evolve the design system and component library
- Partner with engineering to ship reusable, accessible components
- Establish design tokens, guidelines, and documentation
- Mentor designers and review work for quality and consistency
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design, including design systems ownership
- Deep expertise in Figma and component architecture
- Strong grasp of accessibility and responsive design
Nice to have
- Front-end coding familiarity (HTML, CSS)
- Experience scaling systems across multiple product lines
