About the role
We are looking for a Quantitative UX Researcher to bring rigor to how we measure user behavior and satisfaction. You will design surveys, analyze large datasets, and surface trends that guide product decisions.
What you'll do
- Design and field large-scale surveys and behavioral studies
- Analyze usage data to identify patterns and opportunities
- Build models and dashboards to track UX metrics
- Partner with researchers and PMs to triangulate insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of quantitative research or analytics
- Strong statistics background and proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Python or R for analysis

- Background in psychology or HCI
- Experience with experimentation platforms
