About the role
Join our Growth team to own the new-user onboarding experience and drive activation across web and mobile. You will turn first-touch moments into lasting habits for our customers.
What you'll do
- Own the activation funnel from signup to first value
- Design and analyze experiments to improve conversion
- Collaborate with design and engineering on onboarding flows
- Build dashboards to track activation and retention metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management with a growth focus
- Hands-on experimentation and analytics experience
- Comfort with funnel analysis and writing basic SQL
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS onboarding
- Familiarity with Amplitude or Mixpanel
